Using Plorai
These terms apply to Plorai’s website and mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for ensuring you have permission to manage connected accounts and brands. Contact support@plorai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and AI results
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You give Plorai and its service providers permission to host, process, transform and deliver that content as needed to operate the features you request, including publishing to your selected destinations. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploads and publication. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to another user’s output. Review results before using them; Plorai does not guarantee originality, ownership eligibility, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Publishing and scheduling
Review your content, brand, social destinations, date and timezone before confirming a post. Connected networks may enforce their own rules, limits and permissions. Delivery depends on provider availability and valid account authorization, so exact timing or successful publication is not guaranteed. Deleting a chat does not cancel an already scheduled or submitted post. Manage scheduled posts in Calendar, and remove externally published content through the relevant network when needed.
Plans, credits and payments
Prices, included credits and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the terms shown at checkout. You can manage available billing options through Plans & credits. Monthly subscription credits follow the applicable plan cycle; independent credits are separate and do not expire under the current offering. Credits are service usage units, not cash, and cannot be exchanged for money. Feature credit costs and availability may vary and are shown in the service. Refunds and cancellations follow the applicable purchase terms, payment platform requirements and non-waivable consumer rights. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Plorai for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, exploitation, spam, or infringement of intellectual property rights. Do not bypass access controls, misuse connected accounts, disrupt the service or evade usage limits. You are responsible for complying with external social network rules. We may restrict or remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requirements or security threats.
Public content and third parties
Published posts, names and avatars may be visible to others and may be shared outside Plorai. External social networks, AI providers and payment services operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent actions or for copies of public content made by other people.
Availability and responsibility
We may change features, apply usage limits or interrupt access for maintenance, security or provider issues. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or specific results. Any limitations of responsibility apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You should keep copies of important content.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using Plorai, disconnect social accounts, cancel subscriptions and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations or when required by law. We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them, subject to applicable law.
